Unicoin Executive Who Put Bounty on Vladimir Putin’s Head Charged With $110M Fraud



The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has charged Alexandre Konanykhin with securities fraud after he allegedly swindled more than 5,000 unsuspecting investors by inflating the value of his company’s Unicoin tokens.
